Our goat meat is available as individual cuts only at this time, we do not sell whole goats.
Goat meat honestly isn’t the first thing that comes to most people’s minds in this area as a food choice. You don’t see it at the major supermarkets, only when you go to an ethnic market.
It is marketed at CHEVON at most locations.
We were very hesitant when we bought a 4-H market goat to try. We probably had it in our freezer for 2 months before we decided to try it. Needless to say, it was amazing! It’s very tender and cooks and tastes like beef. Then the extra good part comes in – it’s healthier!! Compared even to chicken it is a better choice!
